TESTIMONIALS ...

"Grace has thoroughly enjoyed her exposure to drama with Piedmont Performing Arts.  She learned some great songs and dances and she and I were both proud of her participation in the end of class production of Santa Claus For President.  The kids all knew their parts, seemed poised and confident, had fun and were a joy to watch!  Grace was eager to sign up for a second session and to continue to build on her performance skills.  I can't wait to see Willy Wonka.  I have recommended the program to other parents I know and they have been pleased with the quality of the instruction as well."

The goal of the Piedmont Performing Arts School is to provide a high quality arts education within an after school setting and schedule. Our teachers are vibrant and enthusiastic professionals, with a solid background in performance as well as considerable experience teaching performing arts to youth in the bay area.

Our after school workshops provide an opportunity for children (grades 3rd-8th) to learn skills in acting, singing, and dancing all in the safe and convenient environment of your students campus with a performance at the end of each workshop. In our workshops we focus on each individual child at whatever level they are at the present moment. Monologues, improv, scene study, character development are all part of our workshops and we encourage each to develop their own special qualities as a performer.

One of the many benefits of our program is that the children never have to physically leave the school grounds. Parents will have peace of mind knowing that their children are in a safe place, participating in the arts and having fun!

PPAS is all inclusive, welcoming children, youth, and adults regardless of race, religion, socioeconomic status, disability, sexual orientation, or other aspects of diversity.
